  • Request to receive account summary to your email address on file
  • Report a lost or stolen debit card 
  • Request a new debit card
  • Monitor and manage all of your Royal Bank accounts
  • Access and review account balances and transactions
  • Stop payments
  • Transfer funds or make a loan payment
  • Reorder checks
What you'll need:
  • A touch-tone telephone
  • A 4-10 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN)
    • The system will prompt you to create one if you haven't before
  • Your bank account number(s)
  • The last four digits of your social security number
