ALICIA HALVORSON
Branch Manager/Loan Officer
JANICE SCHLOUGH
Loan Officer
Alicia has been immersed in finance since January 2019, launching her career at a financial firm in Minnesota while in college. Along the way, she enriched her expertise by managing finances at a powersports dealership and even running her own horse training business.
What Alicia values most about working at Royal Bank is the family-like environment. Here, every greeting comes with genuine support—ensuring you’re never left to navigate your financial journey alone. When the opportunity arose to expand into a combined role as Branch Manager and Loan Officer, she saw it as the perfect fit: a chance to help customers grow while strengthening the community she loves.
Outside the office, Alicia lives by a cherished childhood quote: “I like to see a man proud of the place in which he lives. I like to see a man live so that his place will be proud of him.” This guiding philosophy fuels her determination to tailor financial strategies that truly make sense for each individual. When she’s not assisting customers, you’ll find Alicia spending time with her family on their hobby farm or enjoying the changing seasons—from cozy winter evenings with hot chocolate to summer campfires.
Alicia looks forward to helping you achieve your financial dreams!
