When she’s not busy helping customers, Shania can be found soaking in time with her son, making crafts and furniture with her husband, Chris, spending time with her two dogs, Scout and Callie and exploring outdoors. She enjoys taking long walks through the woods with her family and has been known to have a cup of coffee nearby at all times!

Born and raised in the area, Michelle has local roots and a passion for helping her neighbors. Her first job at 14 sparked an enthusiasm for customer service—an experience that ultimately led her to a career in banking.
Michelle started as a Customer Service Representative, later transitioning into a Loan Assistant role, where she gained valuable insight into the technical side of finance. What she enjoyed most was working directly with people, helping them navigate important financial decisions with confidence. That passion led her to become a Consumer Loan Officer, where she takes pride in making the lending process clear, approachable and stress-free.

Evan Adams
Evan grew up on a small dairy farm near Gays Mills, where he learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and community. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, he returned home and partnered with a close friend co-owning a local concrete business. Six years later, ready for a new chapter (and to give his aching joints a break), Evan started a career in the dairy industry, working closely with local family farms on milk quality and member relations. He joined Royal Bank in 2024 to bring his passion for building relationships to the world of lending.
Evan enjoys connecting with people and helping turn challenges into opportunities. He’s here to listen, understand your goals, and help you take practical steps toward achieving both your short-term and long-term financial dreams.

When she’s not busy volunteering or helping customers, Shania can be found making crafts and furniture with her husband, Chris, spending time with her two dogs, Scout and Callie and enjoying time outside.
