Virginia is a proud Westby native who has always loved the rolling beauty and welcoming spirit of the Driftless Region. Her deep connection to the community shines through in her work as a Loan Officer, where she brings a caring, people-centered approach to every customer she meets. With a strong background in financial services, she enjoys creating positive experiences, building meaningful relationships, and being part of a team that truly supports one another.
Giving back has always been important to Virginia. She has served as a Girl Scout Leader in both Viroqua and Viola and enjoys her involvement with the Vernon Women’s Alliance. She appreciates that Royal Bank encourages community engagement and offers so many opportunities to make a difference close to home.
Virginia’s philosophy is simple. Lead with kindness and empathy because you never know what someone is going through. She strives to make every interaction uplifting and helpful, believing she may be the bright spot in someone’s day.
When she is not at work, Virginia can usually be found with her family, her favorite place to be. She enjoys home projects, gardening, camping, relaxing at her cabin, gathering around a campfire, attending sporting events, watching movies, and listening to music. As a lifelong Wisconsinite and devoted Green Bay Packers fan, she treasures the charm, traditions, and natural beauty that make the Viroqua area feel like home.

Chloe is a Wisconsin native drawn to the beauty of the Driftless area. She is deeply connected to her surroundings and passionate about serving people within her community. With experience in the financial services industry, she began her journey at Royal Bank as a Customer Service Representative before progressing to the role of Loan Assistant and now as a Loan Officer. Chloe cherishes the opportunity to exceed customers’ expectations and create a memorable experience for everyone who walks through the door. Her interest in lending stems from her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those in her hometown community.
Chloe finds fulfilment in giving back to her community, having coached youth hockey and actively participating in the Vernon Women’s Alliance. She is an avid supporter of the Badgers and Packers, and you can often find her immersing herself in nature through hiking and exploring during the weekends. She particularly enjoys the summer and fall for their outdoor activities like volleyball, golfing, and biking, while in the winter months, she embraces skiing, hockey, and snowshoeing. Chloe also nurtures unique interests such as Spatial Dynamics, currently undergoing level 1 training. Colleagues describe her as fun, smart, driven, energetic, always eager to learn, trustworthy, and responsible—a true embodiment of her laid-back yet professional demeanor.

Ryan has deep roots in the Coulee Region, and as a proud Westby native, he enjoys making a positive impact in the community and building meaningful connections with the people he serves. Ryan is passionate about helping others chase their dreams and achieve their financial goals, and brings a clear, customer‑focused approach to every interaction.
Community involvement is important to Ryan, and he takes pride in supporting the next generation in his hometown. He coaches football for Westby High School and helps with the school’s strength and conditioning program, giving student‑athletes the encouragement and structure they need to grow both on and off the field. Ryan enjoys being able to invest his time and energy locally, contributing to the same community that shaped him.
Ryan studied at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, completing degrees in finance and economics. He cheers proudly for the Packers, the Badgers, and the UW–La Crosse Eagles. On weekends, you’ll usually find Ryan with family and friends, playing or watching sports, spending time at his family cabin, and enjoying the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Fall is his favorite time of year with football season, deer hunting, and the crisp Fall weather.

Having been born and raised in the area, Shania is thrilled to help her family, friends and neighbors reach financial milestones. Shania’s depth of experience in many facets of the bank has provided a firm foundation for her career in lending.
Shania specializes in real estate, commercial, small business and consumer lending. She enjoys being faced with new challenges and the opportunity to build relationships with customers. With a sincere passion for helping others, Shania believes in turning the idea of “I can’t” into “how can I?”
As a native to the area, Shania enjoys giving back through volunteer work with the Hillsboro Fire Department Auxiliary and Labor Day Queen pageant and in helping out at school activities and local events. During her time at UW-Platteville where she earned a degree in Agriculture Business, she was President of the School of Agriculture Council.
When she’s not busy volunteering or helping customers, Shania can be found making crafts and furniture with her husband, Chris, spending time with her two dogs, Scout and Callie and enjoying time outside.
